RETURN POLICY | EXCHANGE | REFUNDS
RETURN POLICY
You can choose to return any product purchased at www.prensil.it within 14 days from the date of delivery. Here's how:
1. fill out the Return Form (to be obtained from the email address: support@prensil.it);
2. make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and make a refund;
3. apply the prepaid shipping label to the original box (or another one that is equally sturdy) so that it covers the forward label;
4. transmit the date for pickup (to the email address: support@prensil.it): the courier will come and pick up the package where and when you prefer.
Your return will be insured in case of theft or loss in transit. You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be shipped back to you and a refund will not be made.

CHANGE
If you wish to change the model and/or color of the item you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost, within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Fill out the Return Form by choosing the "Exchange" option and select a new model and/or color from those available.We will reserve the new item for you and, as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to your original address. At the time of shipment we will notify you with an email.
You can replace the model and/or color of an item only once, but you can always return it to us by following the instructions in our Return Policy.
REFUNDS
We usually issue refunds within 3 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. After acceptance we will make the refund and send a confirmation email.
Refund times vary depending on the payment method you choose:
Credit Card: our bank will make the refund within 7 business days from the Confirmation Acceptance Return email. The time it takes to see the refund on your account depends on the card issuing institution.
PayPal: the refund will be visible on your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Confirmation of Return Acceptance email.
Cash on Delivery: the refund will be made by wire transfer to a bank or postal account to be indicated in the Return Form. The refunded amount will be visible on the account statement within 10 business days after the Confirmation of Return Acceptance email.
